We are currently seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist cum Admin Assistant. As the Receptionist cum Administrative Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service and representing our company in a professional manner. Additionally, you will provide administrative support to various departments within the organization. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Job Description
- Greeting visitors and clients with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Answering phone calls, screening and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Scheduling appointments and managing room bookings.
- Assisting with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- To assist the Secretarial team in all aspects of secretarial & administrative duties and functions.
- Providing general administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Assisting in other duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least SPM or Diploma.
- Have a good communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Computer literate and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Dedication and have pleasant personality
- Have a positive attitude, responsible and well discipline.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
