  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

Job Descriptions:

  • Daily Operations: Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries to keep our financial operations smooth and accurate.
  • Financial Records & Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports, and assist in crafting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Engage with auditors, tax agents, bankers, suppliers, customers, and government authorities as needed, ensuring smooth interactions and compliance.
  • Trade Finance: Manage trade finance transactions, including letters of credit, bank guarantees, and documentary collections. Ensure all export and import documentation complies with international trade regulations.
  • Documentation & Reconciliation: Maintain meticulous documentation and filing for all accounting entries, monitor and reconcile trade finance accounts, and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Collaborate & Support: Work with various departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information, and provide insightful financial support as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in accounting or finance. Trade finance experience is a plus!
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with Xero accounting software is advantageous. Strong analytical skills and a keen attention to detail are essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
