Service Engineer - Petaling Jaya (Ref ID: 12616)

Job Description

• Responsible for customer service after the sale by Sales.
• Performs general maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of electron microscopes.
• Performs initial installation of products when they are purchased.
• Visit customers to check status and troubleshoot problems
• Conduct product training, demonstration and technical advice to customers.
• Possible to go to Singapore during training (only once every 3-4 years)
• The coverage area is all over Malaysia (mainly Penang area)
• Most clients are Japanese companies (University, semiconductor company related)
• There are no opportunity to drink alcohol with clients
• Visit clients about 4 days in a week
• During Office day, they reply emails, prepare PO etc

Requirements

• Be able to read electric circuit
• Able to work in Penang in the future (first 2-3 years in KL, after that Penang base)
• Knowledge for E & E
• 1-2 years experience Engineering related
• Open for Fresh Graduates
• Be able to travel very frequently
• Possess own car
• Mandarin speaker
