[Manager pontial] Japanese-Speaking Senior Sales / Assistant Manager - Puchong (Ref ID: 12645)

Job description:

• Maintaining and developing relationship with existing customer via meetings, telephone calls and emails.
• Visiting potential customers for new business.
• Co-ordinate requests for quotations and assist the costing section in the preparation of quotations.
• Follow up on quotations submitted to customers to ensure purchase order is received and billing is done upon completion of job.
• Monitoring customer payment.
• Participate in new product / phase out meetings and co-ordinate the new product / phase out activity
• Co-ordinate special requests to particular projects or customers.
• Review, together with management on all pricing revisions and cost reductions offered to customers.
• Gathering market and customer information and providing forecast trends.
• Any other jobs required by management from time to time.
• Main cover areas are Penang, JB, Nilai, Klang Valley (Business trip is around once every 2 months, 1-2 nights stay at one time)

Requirements:

• Education Background: Diploma above
• Years of experience: 5 years in sales experience in manufacturing company
• Has Japanese Speaking ability
• Japanese Speaker N3
• Willing to travel to JB and Penang business trip(once every 2 months)
• Have car license
