Job Summary- Our client is seeking a versatile Senior Staff Frontend Integrated Engineer leader tojoin their company. You will be reporting to the CEO for this position.

KEY Role & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement integratedfrontend solutions.
• Proficiency in Synthesis, STA: SDC/Primetime, and Formality Check: Formality or VSI.
• Lead the synthesis process to optimize design performance and meet projectrequirements.
• Perform Static Timing Analysis (STA) using SDC/Primetime to ensure timing closure.
• Conduct Formality checks using Formality or VSI to verify design correctness andcompleteness.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in frontend design methodologies andprocesses.
• Translate RTL designs into gate-level netlists, perform block-level netlist generation,and hierarchical level netlist implementation.
• Setup and execute Synthesis, SDC, run Primetime for timing analysis, and performSTA for block-level and top-level designs.
• Conduct Formality or VSI checks to ensure design correctness and completeness.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance and support as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in frontend integrated and implement designs or related field.
• Proficiency in synthesis tools and methodologies.
• Extensive experience with Static Timing Analysis (STA) using SDC/Primetime.
• Strong understanding of Formality or VSI for formal verification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
• Must able to fluently speak Mandarin & English, reading & writing in Mandarin is not required.Must be fluent in both written and read in English

Skillset Requirement:

• Formality Check: Formality or VSI

Additional Remarks-

· Candidates who have fulfilled 2 out of 3 skillsets can be considered too

· Synthesis & Static Timing Analysis (STA) are the two must have skill sets

Work Arrangements & Schedule

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9AM – 6PM (Flexible working Hours/style)

Travelling Requirements

You must be willing to travel whenever required/needed by the company to travel overseasto overseas branches. (CHINA, USA, ETC,).

Salary Range

RM22,000 to RM33,000 per month

*Client can pay A LOT more than RM33,000 (Gross/Basic) per month depending on how highly qualified, skilled and experience candidates are
