Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day business activities, including office operations, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Provide administrative assistance to executives and departments, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records
- Assist in coordinating projects across departments, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor budgets, track expenses, and assist with financial reporting to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Negotiate with vendors, manage contracts, and oversee procurement processes to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
- Assist with HR-related tasks such as onboarding, maintaining employee records, and coordinating staff training programs.
- Oversee internal and external communication, ensuring proper documentation and clear communication channels between departments.
- Manage office facilities, ensure office supplies are adequately stocked, and coordinate any repairs or maintenance work.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with business management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
