Responsibility

  • Manage day-to-day business activities, including office operations, resource allocation, and budget management.
  • Provide administrative assistance to executives and departments, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records
  • Assist in coordinating projects across departments, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Monitor budgets, track expenses, and assist with financial reporting to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Negotiate with vendors, manage contracts, and oversee procurement processes to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
  • Assist with HR-related tasks such as onboarding, maintaining employee records, and coordinating staff training programs.
  • Oversee internal and external communication, ensuring proper documentation and clear communication channels between departments.
  • Manage office facilities, ensure office supplies are adequately stocked, and coordinate any repairs or maintenance work.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with business management software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
