Duties & Responsibilities
- To assist in strategic planning and identify new potential area for new development area
- To lead mini kiosk project. Eg.: finding location, coordinate and liaise with other department on project status, track on project status, etc
- Attend to matters related tenancy agreement including compilingnthe documentation, issuance of letter offer, renewal & approval,etc
- To undertake any and all other duties and responsibles as assigned by the superior
Role Requirements
- Posses a Degree/Diploma in Estate Management/Property Management/Marketing/Business Management or in any equivalent discipline
- Knowledgeable in commercial real estate - sourcing, renting, purchasing
- Experience in project management and negotiation skills
- Posses own transport
- Willing to travel local and outstation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
