  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • To assist in strategic planning and identify new potential area for new development area
  • To lead mini kiosk project. Eg.: finding location, coordinate and liaise with other department on project status, track on project status, etc
  • Attend to matters related tenancy agreement including compilingnthe documentation, issuance of letter offer, renewal & approval,etc
  • To undertake any and all other duties and responsibles as assigned by the superior

Role Requirements

  • Posses a Degree/Diploma in Estate Management/Property Management/Marketing/Business Management or in any equivalent discipline
  • Knowledgeable in commercial real estate - sourcing, renting, purchasing
  • Experience in project management and negotiation skills
  • Posses own transport
  • Willing to travel local and outstation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
