Early Childhood Consultant (For Talent Assessment)

This position is based in Kuala Lumpur, and will be paid a basic salary, transportation allowance and a commission on sales.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain and apply a high level of product knowledge and consultation skills
• Conduct workshops/webinars to share topics on childhood development and education
• Enrol new parents through activities such as walk–ins, marketing campaigns, open house, online and telephone enquiries
• Deliver consultation for parents on their child’s assessment report
• Attend and advise new parents regarding their sign up of our assessment and service
• Attend and advise existing parents regarding matters concerning their children’s education planning
• Provide prompt, relevant and accurate information regarding the personalised programmes to the needs of the prospective parent and their child/children.
• Maintain positive relationships with all parents and our business partners.
• Accountable to develop partnership with early childhood service providers to establish company’s personalised programmes.
• Support company in promoting marketing event related activities
• Take ownership of assigned task within the team and programmes

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Education/Teaching/Training/Childhood Education/Early Childhood Education/Child Psychology or equivalent
• At least 5 years working in educational teaching or training
• At least 3 years teaching young children at home or at work
• Excellent communication and consultation skills
• Excellent customer service, desire to acquire knowledge and drive to succeed
• Independent, highly motivated and ability to adapt to change easily
