  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced UX Researcher to join our team in Shah Alam, Selangor. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in conducting user research and translating insights into actionable design recommendations. You will work closely with designers, product managers, and developers to ensure our products meet usern needs and provide an exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and conduct user research studies, including interviews, surveys, usabilitytesting, and ethnographic research.

Analyze and synthesize research findings to generate insights and recommendations.

Create user personas, journey maps, and other artifacts to communicate research findings.

Collaborate with designers and product teams to integrate user insights into the design process.

Present research findings to stakeholders and advocate for user-centered design.

Stayup-to-date with the latest UX research methodologies and best practices.

Mentor and guide junior researchers, providing feedback and ensuring research quality.

Requirements:

3+years of experience in UX research.

Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods.

Experience with user research tools and software.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

Experience in creating user personas, journey maps, and other research artifacts.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the automotive industry or with SaaS products.

Familiarity with UX design principles and practices.

Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript).

Proven track record of conducting impactful user research.

Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Anthropology, or a related field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
