Key Accountabilities/Duties
- Scope of services: Diagnosis Services, Research topics, Quality Assurance / Internal Audit
- Provide professional advisory services within the scope to clients.
- Independently perform delegated tasks including by way of doing researches to achieve engagement objectives.
- At all times ensure quality of service, maximise client's entitlement and exceed client's expectation.
- On board on company culture and activities. Promote company core value and company culture to subordinates and colleagues.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions, providing innovative ideas and solutions.
- Monitor job progress, followup accordingly.
- Conduct regular spotchecks on systems and processes to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
- Prepare and compile ISO Internal Audit reports in accordance with ISO standards.
- Assist in preparation of internal audit reports
- Ensure all ISO-related documentation is up-to-date and properly maintained
- Conduct frequent checks to ensure adherence to SOPs, identify areas of non-compliance and recommend corrective actions.
- Follow up and document corrective actions.
- Perform compliance checks to ensure organisation adheres to internal and external policies and regulations, identify compliance gaps and recommend necessary improvements.
- Support ad-hoc tasks, including facilitating company events and activities.
- Communicate effectively to prevent misunderstandings and keep all parties informed.
- Liaise with clients as needed.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a full or partial professional qualification (ACCA, CPA or equivalent), Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree in Accountancy / Finance / Banking or equivalent.
- Presentable, outspoken and aggressive.
- Display professional behaviour and competency at all times.
- Multilingual in conversations and presentations.
- Practical knowledge in SME Industry. (added point)
- Possess Analytical skill (especially in financial analysis)
- Fundamental SME tax compliance knowledge.
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Power Point. (added point)
- Attention to Detail: High level of precision in reviewing documents and data.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Capability to identify issues and recommend solutions (preferred).
- Innovative Thinking: Ability to think creatively and provide suggestions beyond routine tasks (preferred).
- Able to adapt to fast changing environment.
