Key Responsibilities

· Manage and process membership applications, renewals and termination

· Respond to queries, concerns and complaints from members or prospect members, provide appropriate solution

· Deliver high-quality customer service, and provide information on membership benefits, policies and procedures to members

· Serve members in a timely and effective manner and record relevant data accurately in the company database system.

· Manage and coordinate gift redemptions while keeping a regular checklist for all stock inventory

· Collaborate with and support marketing team during promotional and festive events

· Recruit new membership

Requirements:

· Candidate must possess minimum SPM or equivalent certificate

· 1 year relevant experience in a customer service support environment preferable

· Good communication skills with a customer-oriented approach. Able to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.

· Experience using membership and loyalty systems and mobile applications will be an added advantage

· Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
