  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

OVERALL JOB PURPOSE:

The role of a Quality Assurance Specialist involves designing, implementing and maintaining quality systems, conducting audits, facilitate audits, identifying areas for improvement and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance our overall service quality.

Certifications involved currently are ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, GDPMD, Halal and AEO.

PERFORMANCE MEASURES / KPIS

1. Quality System

1. Documentations

Ensure that all documents are accurate, updated and complies with relevant certifications.

2. SOP

Coordinating with various departments on SOP updates and improvements.

2. Audit

1. Timeliness of deliverable – 100%

Ensure that all audit commitments are completed within the deadline.

3. KPI and Performance

1. KPI

To monitor the KPI of each departments, as according to our ISO requirement.

2. Improvement

To suggest and improve our KPI system.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
