Job Description

Able to execute & oversees BIM Implementation in the project and as per agreed in BIM Execution Plan.
Ensure the appropriate implementation of the BIM Execution Plan and deliverables as well as the effective and efficient collaboration and coordination of design.
Ensure appropriate data flow internally and externally and validate level of detail, modelling content and quality control.
Manages BIM deliverables and liaises with client to make sure deliver as per the agreed scope of work.
Able to coordinate with external parties to ensure progress model are updated.
Coordinates technical discipline model such as Architectural, Structural, MEP, and Civil to deliver a coordinated model.
Conduct a BIM progress meeting/workshop with a client or contractor.
Lead a Virtual Design Review / Virtual Design Construction with respective clients.
Develop and deliver Clash Reports to ensure all external parties are aligned and updated to resolve clashes.
Conduct clash detection and visual walkthroughs using Navisworks Manage.
To conduct BIM Tools training such as Naviswork, Revit, AutoCAD or Civil 3D.

Qualification

Candidate must possess at least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Architecture, Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others) or equivalent, Master.
At least 3 - 5 years' working experience in related field.
BIM Modeling certification will be added advantage.
Proficient in BIM related software, e.g. Autodesk REVIT/Navisworks/AutoCAD/Primavera.
Standard knowledge of construction workflow procedures and capabilities of BIM Modeling tool will be added advantage.
