Key responsibilities :

Logistics supports

  • Coordination and execute logistics operation, inbound and outbound shipments
  • Collaborate with Sales and Operation personnel to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  • Liaise with third-party logistics (3PL) providers on shipping documentations, such as bill of lading, packaging list and customs documentations to ensuring full compliances with regulations and requirement
  • Coordination of transport from third party and bonded warehouse to local delivery.
  • Track and trace shipments to provide real-time delivery updates and proactively address any issues or delays
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, including shipping documents (Invoice, Packing list, COA, Delivery order), custom form and receipts.
  • Ability to process orders for shipment in Standard courier system software i.e FedEx, UPS, City Link

Customer service supports

  • Process customer service orders using our Order to Cash system (NetSuite)
  • Communicate and follow up with customer on the status of shipment and deliveries
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to customer service, including data entry, reports and enquiry.
  • To assist in updating and monitoring delivery schedule to customer on weekly basis.

Requirements

  • Candidate must posses at least Diploma/Advance in Logistics/ Transportation or equivalent.
  • Preferably specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent
  • Familiarity with international shipping regulation, Incoterm, shipping documents and custom clearance form and procedure and hazardous material handling is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal team
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling logistics documentation and records
  • Knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations related to logistics and marine operations.
  • Working knowledge and ability to use Windows operating system and Microsoft based programs- Excel, Word & Outlook

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

  • Monday to Friday
