Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Executive will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase sales. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing, creative thinking, and the ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Development and Execution:
- Plan, create, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising.
- Develop promotional materials, including digital content, print ads, and in-store displays.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators, and external agencies to produce high-quality marketing collateral.
Social Media Management:
- Manage the company’s social media accounts, creating engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities, adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries promptly, maintaining a positive brand image.
Content Creation:
- Develop compelling content for blogs, newsletters, and social media posts that reflect the brand's voice and engage the audience.
- Collaborate with the product development team to create product descriptions, promotional materials, and campaign themes.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns through KPIs and metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Track customer feedback and reviews, using insights to inform marketing strategies.
Event Planning and Coordination:
- Plan and execute promotional events, product launches, and brand activations.
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and event organizers to ensure successful execution.
Digital Marketing:
- Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve website traffic and search engine rankings.
- Monitor website performance and user experience, making recommendations for improvements.
Partnerships and Collaborations:
- Identify and pursue partnership opportunities with influencers, brands, and media outlets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with partners, ensuring alignment with brand goals and values.
Budget Management:
- Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring that campaigns are cost-effective and within budget.
- Provide regular reports on campaign spend, ROI, and other key financial metrics.
Qualifications:
- Preferably to have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Preferably to have 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the food and beverage industry or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, SEO, and online advertising.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand development.
- Proficient in using marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
