Key Responsibilities
- Support and manage recruitment activities including, ensuring job descriptions are kept up-to-date, job posting on websites, coordinating the shortlisting of applicants, scheduling interviews and ensuring reference checks are completed (if required).
- Assist in all recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding activities including employment passes, renewal/cancellation-related matters
- Main point of contact for all employee relations matters
- Responsible for the preparation of letters, including but not limited to letters of appointment, confirmation, promotion, etc.
- Responding to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and providing assistance.
- Coordinate the new staff arrival and onboarding process which includes the organisation of IT equipment,, email account provisioning and ensuring all relevant agreements and policies are reviewed and signed.
- Processing leave and attendance records for all staff.
- Register and ensure that all staff information are up-to-date.
- Plan and arrange company’s event and team-building activities (i.e team lunch/dinner, logistics & accommodation reservations, etc).
- Act in accordance with relevant legislation in Singapore, as well as Malaysia guidelines.
- Undertake projects and ad-hoc assignments related to HR management from time to time
- Support pass applications, renewal and cancellation (i.e. employment pass, work permit, S Pass, Dependent pass, etc) internally and for clients.
- Assist with statutory reporting and surveys (e.g. LMS, OED, etc.)
- Support grant applications (i.e. Childcare leave, paternity leave, NSmen ppayments, etc)
- Support client’s payroll & regulatory submissions for Singapore and Malaysia (i.e. CPF, IR21, AIS, EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, HRDF, etc)
- Involve in the implementation of new HR initiatives, projects, and policies that aligned with business strategy and in compliance with government regulations
- Support the management of workplace issues and grievances
- Supporting day-to-day administration for Singapore and Malaysia office.
Qualifications/Skills
- Diploma and above in Human Resource Management
- Team player with “can-do” spirits
- Independent, pro-active, meticulous and fast leaner
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills in order to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- Adaptable to changes and willing to multitask
- Ability to deal with confidential information with sensitivity and discretion
- Prior work experience in an accounting firm and familiarity with Malaysia HR & payroll will be preferred though not essential
- Experience in payroll processing will be an added advantage

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
