Key Responsibilities:
- Acquisition of new customers
- Generate projects / business opportunities to meet the Company business plans and growth strategies.
- Actively looking for possibilities to upsell and cross-sell to existing customers.
- Coordinate all aspects of the sales process from initial enquiry to closing of the opportunity.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, implementation procedures and activities for the purpose of providing feedback to clients.
- Undertake research to identify opportunities and threats in the market place.
- Ensure all marketing materials, documents and correspondence are update and adhered to the corporate image.
- Develop solid, long-term relationships with prospects and maintain relationship with existing customers within the commercial construction industry.
- Attend networking & promotional events and trade exhibitions to promote products & services and gather market intel.
Key Requirements:
- Candidates must have at least Diploma/Degree in the related field.
- Experience in Construction or related industries are strongly preferred.
- General interest in waterproofing specialization.
- Preferable someone who can speak mandarin language will be added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
