Sales Executive (Construction)

Client Industry: Construction

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquisition of new customers
• Generate projects / business opportunities to meet the Company business plans and growth strategies.
• Actively looking for possibilities to upsell and cross-sell to existing customers.
• Coordinate all aspects of the sales process from initial enquiry to closing of the opportunity.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, implementation procedures and activities for the purpose of providing feedback to clients.
• Undertake research to identify opportunities and threats in the market place.
• Ensure all marketing materials, documents and correspondence are update and adhered to the corporate image.
• Develop solid, long-term relationships with prospects and maintain relationship with existing customers within the commercial construction industry.
• Attend networking & promotional events and trade exhibitions to promote products & services and gather market intel.

Key Requirements:

• Candidates must have at least Diploma/Degree in the related field.
• Experience in Construction or related industries are strongly preferred.
• General interest in waterproofing specialization.
• Preferable someone who can speak mandarin language will be added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

• Monday to Friday
