Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Contract Executive at Signature Cabinet Sdn Bhd in Kota Damansara. The Senior Contract Executive will be responsible for overseeing contract negotiations, managing contract terms and conditions, and ensuring compliance with contractual agreements. Additionally, they will collaborate with internal teams to develop contract strategies and provide guidance on contract-related matters.

Skill Required

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantify Surveyor, Building Construction

• Possess at least 2-3 years of working experience in pre & post-contract functions.

• Familiar with construction method, method of measurement and costing for kitchen/wardrobe/ID works.

• Able to read drawings and bill of quantities

• Good understanding of industry contractual practices and standard forms of contracts.

• Good communication skills, oral and written.

• Good analytical skills.

• Good Computer literacy

• Posses ID Background
