· Assists to administer and coordinate all subordinates on administrative matters.
· Overseeing and assist in administering the service center and coordinate all subordinates on administrative matters.
· Ensure all daily, weekly and monthly performance report are being submitted before deadline.
· Ensuring accuracy, credibility of the figures and follows procedure before submitting to Superior or head office.
· Monitor sales and service personnel attendance, medical leaves and updates them with latest information issued by Company.
· Control and monitor Cash and Credit Card Transaction,OR, FR, Petty cash, payment to Vendor and staff claims.
· To place order and control inventory of stationeries and service document.
· To deal with various local authority and department to comply the regulations and maintaining the documentations such as Majlis Perbandaran, Department of Environment (DOE), Jabatan Bomba, etc.
· Handling company car and pool car for headquarter such as renewal insurance, road tax, service, summons and cleanliness.
· Administrator for fax, emails, documents, communication & related.
· Monitor the sub-contractors and fleet customers for invoice and monitor their accounts.
· Liaise with suppliers / contractors for printer, fax and scanner.
· Ensure documents, utilities’ bill are traceable in an efficient manner and submit to head office for the payment process.
· Undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required by the superior.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
