Summary
Executive - Human Capital (HRIS), is responsible for supporting the Human Capital department in managing HR functions, with a focus on Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). This role involves maintaining HRIS data integrity, generating reports, and providing administrative support for various human capital initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of HR processes, and a passion for leveraging technology to enhance HR operations.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Provide staffing needs, hiring employees, employment verification, and ensuring practices conform to various Human Capital policies and procedures
- Source potential candidates through online channels e.g: social platforms and professional networks, arrange for interview and screening
- Assess candidate’s information e.g: CTOS Check and prepare Pre-employment Medical Checkup.
- Serve as brand ambassador for Human Capital at Career Fairs or on-Campus Event.
- Manage candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.
- Conduct induction program / briefing for new joiners
- Ensure all documents completed and signed copy by employee, superior prior filing into the Personnel File.
- Prepare hiring proposal, issuing letter of employment, update employee data into system
- Maintenance of employee database, responsible for proper filling of Personnel File
- Sources and find candidates for internship placement.
- Manage all documentation for internship placement e.g: issuing letter of internship placement, monthly internship allowance.
- Check employees claim / overtime / allowances prior submission to Payroll unit
- Administer employee’s submission for Performance Management System (PMS)
- Execute annual training & development plan
- Attend employee’s grievances and ensure the right procedures are adhered by employees
- Assist in conducting investigation for any arising matters, grievances, audit issues and etc.
- Execute employee’s engagement activities, drive for employee’s satisfaction
- Ensure human capital efficiency according to Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Assist in preparing updates / memo / reminder for new directive / change of procedures / policies by the Management
- Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart, and contributes to the development of policies
- Provide monthly / yearly Human Capital reports / update to the Management
- Provide consultation pertaining to employee’s concern i.e resignation, leave administration, medical benefits, promotions, transfer and etc.
- Maintain and update employee data within the HRIS, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in the implementation of HRIS upgrades, including testing new features, and providing feedback to the HRIS vendor.
- Provide training and support to HR staff and other users on HRIS functionalities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to HRIS performance or data accuracy.
- Undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required by the superior.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
