Local Sales Administrative Support

What is this job about?

  • preparation of relevant reports in relation to local sales
  • Analysis of sales data to find solutions to improve efficiency
  • Managing sales team’s travel itinerary and travel claims
  • Monitoring of sales team’s KPI on a monthly basis
  • Liaising with respective sales teams on day-to-day matters
  • Correspondence with sales teams and local distribution partners
  • B2B Customer Support
  • Maintain and update regulatory documents’ records
  • Stay updated on current product regulatory guidelines and assist in ensuring all sales and marketing communication are in compliance with current guidelines
  • Submit product registration or notification to relevant regulatory authorities (for new products or renewal of existing products)
  • Attend and respond to queries from regulatory authorities as and when the need arises
  • Any other relevant administrative tasks as assigned

Who are we looking for?

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or similar preferred
  • Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Words, Excel in particular)
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good people skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
