Responsibilities
- Manage and evaluate entire production process.
- Make sure to reach the production targets e.g. quality, delivery and cost of moulding shop and assembly shop.
- Continuous improvement on labour efficiency, reduce waste and scrap.
- Plan and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives as required to continuously improve production effectiveness and efficiency.
- Contribute to production planning and budgeting
- Lead and monitor quality assessments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a safe production environment
- Coordinate with key internal and external production stakeholders
- Involve in new product launch project
- Directly responsible for the overall safety in his or her responsible area.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of production experience as Production Manager
- Strong organizational and managerial skills
- In depth knowledge of injection molding process or assembly process
- Good knowledge of ISO9001 or ISO13485 standards
- Knowledge and experience with quality tools
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
