  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Objective of job
  • Manage Downtime to production within the Set Target
  • Managing the Production Maintenance and Tooling for the Door Sub Assembly DEM
  • Overall support on maintenance activity and SI topic in plant

Principle activities
  • Managing the maintenance of the tools and mechanical equipment for Door and FEM Assembly
  • Perform pre-defined regular service and preventive maintenance work on all screw drivers, door and FEM trolleys, special tools, jigs and fixtures.
  • Prepare maintenance plan for the Production Maintenance also arrangement of subordinated job task
  • Preparation and ordering for new tools for new model launch as required
  • Administration of document control for Production Maintenance ( Maintenance Plan and records )
  • Managing the indirect Materials
  • Ensure all document control in Production Maintenance is well kept and control.
  • Perform regular Repairs and Maintenance on all workstation tables if required.
  • Regular maintain the verification of designated screw drivers, fixture and jigs.
  • Properly organize and maintain the overall maintenance room layout and proper arrangement
  • Design, order for fabrication all new tools, jigs and fixture for process improvement if required.
  • Perform regular check and inspection in the production line on correct and proper used of the equipment and tools.
  • Collect Screwing Data and submit to Quality Department
  • Ensure all document and equipment well prepared for Internal and External Audit
  • Able to adapted new program system related to Proof Tech on FEM assembly process
