Responsibilities :
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail/parcels in correspondence of the department.
- Organizing a proper filling system for all matters of the department.
- Receiving and checking all incoming invoices and prepare the necessary for approval of payment.
- Assist on ingoing and outgoing communication from the department such as emails, faxes and phone calls.
- Maintain and update the necessary record of the department in a timely manner such as reports, invoices, database etc.
- Assist in preparing and providing necessary data and reports for the department.
- Assist in providing the necessary requisition for the department smooth operation such as stationery, expenses claim etc.
- Performing any other tasks as per given or required by the superior.
Requirements :
- Possess at least SPM.
