- -To execute data entry of purchase invoices and sales invoices. -To execute data entry of stock movements in the warehouse -To execute data entry for new customers/ suppliers and all required information along with it. -To carry out clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing documents (Eg: Printing / Filing / Arranging documents / etc.) -To be detail-oriented in all documentation to avoid unnecessary repetition of certain tasks. -Keep data, records, and reports up to date. -To be punctual every day, to ensure deliveries will be planned well by communicating with the relevant parties. -To be acceptable towards ad hoc tasks to ensure operations are smoothly executed.
- -Good organizational, administrative & coordination skills. -Experience and/ or knowledge on bookkeeping and filing -To be good at basic math and logic -Quick typing skills -Strong attention to detail -Proficient in Microsoft Office (Expert in PowerPoint & Excel will be an advantage). -Ability to perform in fast-paced environments -Willingness to learn -Good self-discipline, driven and motivated. -Able to multitask & fill in the gaps as and when required. -Able to work independent. -Proficient in written & spoken in English. -Possess good interpersonal skills.
