ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and handle a full set of accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
2. Develop, implement, and maintain effective accounting procedures, policies, and internal controls in compliance with local statutory requirements
3. Liaise with external parties, including auditors, tax consultants, solicitors, bankers, company secretaries, and other professionals, to ensure compliance with all audit, tax, and statutory obligations.
4. Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as invoicing, stock, cash float and other transaction
5. Advise Management on the company's financial status and highlight areas for potential improvement
6. Provide insightful information and analysis to Management to aid in decision making
7. Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company
8. Collaborate closely with other team heads to contribute ideas or provide advice, particularly on financial matters.
9. Prepare bank reconciliations on a monthly basis.
10. Acts as document controller to maintain and improve the effectiveness of ISO9001:2015
11. Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Management

Requirements and Skills:
1. A Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, or a Professional Qualification.
2.Previous Audit experience will be added advantages
3. Knowledge in AutoCount Accounting System
4. Able to work independently with less supervisory
5.Able to work under pressure & meet the deadline
6. Strong communication and presentation skills
7. Initiative, proactive & positive work attitude
8.Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience, particularly in managing a full set of accounts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,651.20 - RM3,941.34 per month
