Job Description:
· Providing comprehensive HR support to regional management and operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and advising on a range of HR matters.
· Developing HR strategies, policies, and frameworks, supporting positive employee relations, and overseeing compensation and benefits.
· Organizing performance reviews, participating in executive meetings to address HR issues, leading talent acquisition for the group, and serving as the HR point of contact for company projects requiring HR input.
· Oversee leave management for regional staff in both the Malaysia and Singapore offices.
· Provide administrative support, including but not limited to hostel management, welfare activities, visitation arrangements, and other support tasks.
· Undertake any other duties assigned by management as needed.
Job Requirement:
· Possess Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin or equivalent.
· Minimum 2 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably in an international or corporate environment.
· Familiar with labor laws and HR regulations, with expertise in employee relations, compliance, and talent acquisition.
· Possess strong sense of responsibility, demonstrates excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to RM6,500.00 per month
