Cezars Kitchen is seeking qualified Chef de Partie (Asian/Western) to join our school kitchen in Teluk Panglima Garang
Our communities are international students from all over the world. So, it's up to the kitchen team to keep students energized with healthy dishes.
In your role, you are the Director of Quality! You must ensure the highest quality of food production making students come back for more.
Individuals who meet the following expectations will be contacted for an interview:
- Passionate about food!
- Able to cook Western and Asian cuisine
- Positive and inviting attitude – you will need to engage and have conversations with customers
- Self-motivated and can work with the team
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience in either a) school kitchens, b) hotels or c) restaurant
- Own transportation to/from work location
- All candidates must have Typhoid and Food Handling Certification ready.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work with the head chef to prepare daily meals
- Plan menus by consulting with head chef, estimate food costs and profits
- General kitchen duties (prep to cleaning)
- Ability to stand for several hours at a time in a fast pace kitchen
- Ability and wiliness to learn new recipes/processes and techniques
- Integrity to follow company policies and procedures (SOPs)
- Work quickly and under time constraints

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
