Human Resources Executive:
1. Payroll Manager: Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
2. Talent Acquisition Specialist: Lead recruitment efforts, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
3. Onboarding Manager: Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive experience.
4. HRIS Manager: Manage the HRIS system, including data integrity, system upgrades, and reporting.
5. Employee Benefits Manager: Design and administer employee benefits programs to support employee retention and satisfaction.
6. Employee Relations Manager: Handle employee relations issues and ensure a positive work environment.
7. Performance Management Manager: Oversee performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to managers.
8. Training and Development Manager: Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
9. Leave Management Manager: Manage employee leave policies and ensure compliance with regulations.
10. HR Policy Development: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals and legal requirements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- Overtime pay
Education:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
