Objective:
1. To oversee and ensure the successful completion of fit-out projects, meeting quality, timeline, and budgetary goals.
Job Description:
1. Manage and coordinate fit-out projects from initiation to completion.
2. Collaborate with clients, designers, and contractors to define project requirements and goals.
3. Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets for each fit-out project.
4. Supervise internal & external teams, ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality control measures.
5. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
6. Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise during installation.
7. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports to meet final account.
8. Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.

Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Management:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Allocate resources effectively, including materials, equipment, and personnel.
2. Client Communication:
- Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams.
- Communicate project status updates and address client inquiries or concerns promptly.
3. Quality Assurance:
- Implement quality control procedures to ensure cabinetry installations meet company standards and client expectations.
- Conduct regular inspections to verify workmanship and compliance with design specifications.
4. Team Leadership:
- Lead and supervise installation teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
5. Budget and Cost Management:
- Estimate project costs and prepare detailed budgets.
- Monitor expenses and ensure projects are completed within budgetary constraints.
6. Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent project delays or cost overruns.
- Address any issues promptly to minimize impact on project timelines.
7. Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Generate regular reports for stakeholders and management to track project progress.
8. Continuous Improvement:
- Evaluate project outcomes and implement lessons learned to improve processes and efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to fit-out project management.
Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in related field.
Experience as a Project Executive in similar industries.
Strong knowledge of cabinetry materials, installation techniques, and industry standards.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Knowledge in MS Office.
Able to travel.
