Objectives
Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue across all Goodnite outlets.
Support Sales Team: Provide training, tools, and strategies to Goodnite Outlets & Goodnite Project Sales Team to close deals successfully.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
Job Responsibilities
Sales Strategy Development
Formulate comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with sales assistants to tailor approaches based on local market needs.
Training & Support
Design and deliver training programs for sales assistants to enhance their selling skills.
Provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure consistent performance across outlets.
Marketing Campaigns
Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
Coordinate with Goodnite Marketing Team for advertising and promotional materials.
Market Research & Analysis
Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and threats in the market.
Analyze customer feedback and sales data to adjust strategies accordingly.
Sales Performance Monitoring
Track sales performance metrics and report findings to management.
Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address performance gaps.
Customer Relationship Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Implement customer feedback mechanisms to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaboration with Teams
Work closely with product development and design teams to align product offerings with market demand.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing strategies.
Budget Management
Assist in developing and managing the sales and marketing budget.
Ensure cost-effective use of resources for maximum ROI.
Requirement:
Bachelor’s diploma or degree in related field.
Experience as a Sales & Marketing Executive in the cabinetry industry.
Strong knowledge of cabinetry materials.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Knowledge in MS Office.
Able to travel.
