TEAM LEADER / HEAD OF DEPARTMENT

(Credit Consultancy and Recovery Services)

Job Responsibilities:

To supervise and lead a team of collectors and debt collection agencies to meet monthly targets set;
To motivate a team of recovery specialists, fostering a positive and productive work environment;
To analyse client financial situations, identify root causes of debt, and develop personalised debt management plans;
To develop and implement effective collection strategies to maximize recoveries while maintaining positive client relationships (where applicable);
To negotiate repayment plans and settlements with debtors, aiming for the best possible outcome for both the client and the company;
To prepare reports on departmental performance and submit them to senior management.

Requirements:

Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in any field.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in credit consultancy, debt recovery, or a similar field;
Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve performance goals;
Strong understanding of credit counseling principles, debt collection practicesrelevant laws and regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
