  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

SUMMARY:

Support daily operation activities - Guarantee Letter Issuance

KEY TASKS & ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Receiving GL request from Patient / Hospital via email, fax, apps, HC Portal.
  • Assigning cases with all the attached documents provided to assessors based on the work schedule.
  • GL & top up GL issuance based on provided documents such as referral letter on the diagnosis or appointment cards on visit date & verification of the policy, membership, coverage entitlements from CIS and QA hospitals for additional documents/information.
  • To support Call Centre - hospital/ provider in handling of guarantee Letter and matters related to coverage.
  • Assists queries from hospital and clients via phone calls or e-mails.
  • Ensures compliance to any changes in terms of system parameters or process.
  • Maintains quality as per framework for accuracy.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

  • Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Degree in any Science related field

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Good command in English both written or oral
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
