Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for outlet operations for clients to ensure alignment with industry standards and organizational goals.
  • Conduct engaging and informative 1-on-1 training sessions, to educate clients on SOP management and provide training and support for clients on SOPs.
  • Monitor outlet performance to ensure compliance with SOPs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of clients outlet operations to ensure adherence to SOPs and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of SOPs and overall outlet performance.
  • Facilitate communication between clients outlet teams and management to share best practices, feedback, and operational improvements.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Important : Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in outlet management or operations, preferably across multiple industries.
  • Experience in training and development within retail or service industries.
  • Strong knowledge of SOP development and implementation.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in documentation management and training development.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
