Job Overview:
Helius Technologies is seeking a skilled Process Specialist fluent in Mandarin to join our dynamic team in Petaling Jaya. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of the Order to Cash (O2C) process, ensuring efficient billing and collections while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. Responsibilities:
- Generate invoices and credit notes while maintaining an up-to-date billing system.
- Reconcile sales vs. collections and manage variances with stakeholders.
- Handle balance sheet reconciliation for the O2C portion.
- Maintain proper filing and records of all financial documents.
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies and customer queries.
- Manage the refund process and collaborate with payment gateway service providers.
- Support the Shared Services Center’s goal to go 100% paperless by redesigning controls, practices, and processes.
- Undertake any ad-hoc assignments as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Cash Application, O2C processes, including closing, accounts receivable, collections, and billing.
- Experience with SAP or S/4HANA is a plus.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (both spoken and written).

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
