Instrument Fitter

To Execute and supervise instrument maintenance to ensure optimal performance for safe, reliable, and efficient operation. Provide coaching and guidance to technicians.

• Compliance with HRC HSSE standards and requirements.
• Responsible for compliance with the GAME Maintenance Execution process.
• Execute and/or supervise instrument maintenance work as provided by the planner, scheduler, or area engineer until completion.
• The Instrumentation Fitter works with a wide variety of devices to measure and control pressure, flow, temperature, level, vibration, and valves.
• The job involves routine and predictive maintenance tasks, as well as interaction with other disciplines, departments, and contractors on maintenance issues.
• Support HRC Instrument Technicians and other disciplines when required.
• Support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain instrumentation equipment in the refinery and jetty.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, including IPF testing, field instrumentation testing, TSO and control valve testing, and servicing.
• Repair and service field instrumentation such as flow, pressure, temperature, and level transmitters, control valves, MOVs, PLCs, and control systems.
• Update daily maintenance activities in SAP.

Pay: RM1,946.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
