Role Overview As a Sales Advisor, your main responsibility is to help customers choose furniture that suits their needs, ensuring high satisfaction and supporting sales goals. You’ll provide expert advice on products, maintain a welcoming showroom, and handle various sales and service tasks. Daily Responsibilities - Greet and assist customers as they enter the showroom, creating a warm first impression. - Consult with customers to understand their preferences and provide suitable furniture recommendations. - Showcase product features and allow customers to test options. - Address customer questions, concerns, and complaints with professionalism. - Accurately process sales orders and complete necessary paperwork. - Provide clear, detailed quotations for selected products. - Promote additional products and membership benefits. - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and inform them of new arrivals or offers. - Encourage feedback through customer surveys to improve service quality. - Keep the showroom clean and organized according to brand standards. - Support monthly inventory counts, restock items, and report stock issues. - Maintain a tidy storeroom with systematic organization and clear walkways for safety. - Maintain accurate sales records and share daily updates with management. - Update product information on company devices. - Manage customer orders from placement to delivery, ensuring special requests are met. - Stay informed on product specs and industry trends. - Attend training to enhance sales skills. - Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and improve service. Requirements - At least 3 years of experience in furniture sales, or at least 5 years of experience in sales (any industry). - Minimum SPM
