- Assist in the full cycle of recruitment process, including recruitment and selection process, including job posting, resume screening, phone screening, scheduling interview, and conducting reference checks.
- Assist to source potential candidates against job requirements via diverse sourcing channels, including job portals, social media, and networking.
- Assist to maintain and update employee records and other HR-related documentation.
- Assist in providing support in employee relations, addressing queries, and resolving any workplace issues.
- Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assist in the preparation of company internal newsletter and announcements.
Administration
- Provide front desk reception duties include handling of all phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Receive and greet all visitors in a professional and warm manner.
- Collect, receive, and distribute all incoming mail and courier items.
- Manage and maintain all office facilities and equipment.
- Assist in the ordering, receiving and distribution of office and pantry supplies.
- To order and arrange corporate meals.
- To liaise with property management on building access and maintenance matters.
- To supervise cleaner on office cleaning and housekeeping.
- To undertake all other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management from time to time.
Job requirements:
- Minimum SPM/Diploma in related field.
- 2 years of related administration/human resource experience an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- A self-starter, fast learner and hardworking who is able to work independently as well as a team.
Job Info:
- Position is available at Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur (Menara Perak).
- Operation hours from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
