Human Resource

  • Assist in the full cycle of recruitment process, including recruitment and selection process, including job posting, resume screening, phone screening, scheduling interview, and conducting reference checks.
  • Assist to source potential candidates against job requirements via diverse sourcing channels, including job portals, social media, and networking.
  • Assist to maintain and update employee records and other HR-related documentation.
  • Assist in providing support in employee relations, addressing queries, and resolving any workplace issues.
  • Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Assist in the preparation of company internal newsletter and announcements.

Administration

  • Provide front desk reception duties include handling of all phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Receive and greet all visitors in a professional and warm manner.
  • Collect, receive, and distribute all incoming mail and courier items.
  • Manage and maintain all office facilities and equipment.
  • Assist in the ordering, receiving and distribution of office and pantry supplies.
  • To order and arrange corporate meals.
  • To liaise with property management on building access and maintenance matters.
  • To supervise cleaner on office cleaning and housekeeping.
  • To undertake all other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management from time to time.

Job requirements:

  • Minimum SPM/Diploma in related field.
  • 2 years of related administration/human resource experience an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • A self-starter, fast learner and hardworking who is able to work independently as well as a team.

Job Info:

  • Position is available at Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur (Menara Perak).
  • Operation hours from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
