Responsibilities:

Oversee daily store operations and ensure a high standard of customer service.
Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets.
To analyze sales data, develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase store profitability.
Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
Ensure store operation is in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Oversee inventory management of the retail outlet, ensuring outlet is sufficiently equipped with all necessary materials for daily operational needs.
Address customer issues and concerns promptly.
Control the outlet’s budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency.
Maintain a high standard of store presentation and cleanliness.
Perform other related duties as assigned, based on the business need.

Requirement:-

Possess at least 3 years of experience as managerial role in retail industry.
Customer-oriented and able to deliver exceptional service.
results-driven professional with a track record of success in retail management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers, vendors, the management and retails staffs
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
