Job Description:

As a Management Trainee in the Sales & Marketing Department, we are required to execute campaigns, customer friendly events and roadshows. We represent our clients at our best professionalism in assisting members of the public in providing social information of our client's brand, thus maintaining a positive client relationships. This is an outdoor/indoor interactive and adventurous task. Ambitious individuals are given career development opportunities within the system.

Requirements:

• Effective verbal communication, a very well spoken person..
• Able to work immediately.

• Able to work effectively within a team and independently.
• Good organization skills.

Responsibilities :

• Meeting KPI's and able developing a new team
• Working closely with advertising, sales and marketing department
• Provides face to face marketing techniques by creating brand awareness on client's behalf.
• Attending and executing our client's events and roadshows.
• Outstanding travelling during road-trips, training & business networking.
• Participate in the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives and strategy.

Plan and execute marketing campaigns and brand plans to establish and increase brand presence in the market such as marketing events, road shows and product/services launches in line with company and HQ objectives.
