Job responsibilities:
- Provide consultative customer supports through email, social media, phone calls and webchat.
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers and follow through the cases to ensure resolution.
- Identify and escalate issues appropriately.
- Other tasks as assigned by Superior/Management.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a diploma/bachelor's degree in any field
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field, preferably in digital customer service/ live-chat.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital applications
- Good in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both verbal and written and able to articulate your points clearly and positively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment as well as multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Assertive to handle difficult interactions and customers
- Ability to use digital tools to serve customers
- Willing to work in Subang Jaya USJ
- Working Days: 7 Days operation (5 days work, 2 days off) rotational, based on schedule.
- Working Hours: 8:00 am - 5:30 pm & 8:30 am - 6:00 pm
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
