Assistant, Shipping Logistics
· Monitor the work activities that is carried out by the outsource service provider are in accordance to the work procedure
· Ensure timely and quality product delivery to customer by meeting the delivery schedule and conditions.
· Ensure customer requirements are met
· Coordinate with service provider, transporters, hauliers and shipping lines / agents for efficient services.
· Process shipping documentations according to terms and conditions of sales and meet Sales and Accounts requirement.
· Ensure smooth functioning of work by maintaining close working relationship and provide feedback to other related department.
· Track service provider performance
· Monitor and response to customer complaint
Requirements
· Diploma in Logistic / Business or equivalent from reputable university
· At least 2 years working experience in sales administrative/shipping environment
· Knowledge of customs clearance and documentation.
· Good command of both spoken and written English
· Good computer software applications in Microsoft Words, Excel and PowerPoint
· Good interpersonal skills and positive working attitude
· Pleasant personality, hardworking & able to work as team player at diverse environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
