Position Summary

The Senior Executive Standards & Performance plays a key supporting role in maintaining and enhancing the performance management and quality assurance systems for the In-Flight Services department. This position is responsible for assisting in the implementation of performance tracking mechanisms, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The role requires analytical and operational support to ensure service delivery is consistent and meets the highest standards. By collaborating closely with various teams, the Senior Executive contributes to maintaining the company’s commitment to excellence and operational efficiency, supporting both performance improvement initiatives and audit readiness.

Key Accountability

  • Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of Cabin Crew Performance Management systems aligned to the company’s strategic goals.
  • Assist Data Analyst in tracking performance metrics, including KPIs and PMS
  • Gather, organize, and analyze performance data to highlight trends and recommend improvements.
  • Assist in quality assurance activities, ensuring regulatory standards are met, especially in service delivery and audits.
  • Maintain accurate records for audits and ensure the department is always audit-ready.
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of training initiatives to uplift performance and service standards.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure training programs are aligned with regulatory requirements and are ready for implementation.
  • Provide administrative support related to audits and resource control, ensuring efficient departmental expenditure.

Qualification & Working Experience

  • Degree or alternatively a D2 rank in the field of customer service-related industries
  • Minimum 05 years’ experience in airline operations

Area of Experience

  • High interpersonal skill, resourceful, dynamic with good communication skill (verbal & writing skills) and good analytical skill. Familiar with Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in performance management, quality assurance, or cabin crew management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and patterns, and generate actionable insights to drive performance improvements and decision-making.
