Key Responsibilities:

  • Pronto System Management: Handle the Pronto system for order processing and inventory management.
  • Cross-Department Liaison: Collaborate with other departments to manage delivery matters effectively and ensure timely shipment of products.
  • Documentation Management: Issue Delivery Notes (DN), Credit Notes (CN) and arrange deliveries as needed.
  • Pallet Management: Oversee the handling of Loscam pallets, ensuring proper tracking and inventory control.
  • HS Code Application: Apply Harmonized System (HS) codes for export and import documentation to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Certificate of Analysis (COA) Checking: Review and verify COAs, particularly focusing on sugar content and other specifications.
  • Customs and Excise Compliance: Assist with customs excise documentation and ensure adherence to legal requirements.
  • General Documentation: Handle other necessary documentation related to sales and logistics operations.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales administration or logistics support is advantageous.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in the Pronto system and other relevant software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Knowledge of customs regulations and documentation processes is a plus.
  • Attributes: Positive attitude, team-oriented, and ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Working Conditions:

  • Office environment with standard working hours; flexibility may be required during peak periods.
