IPQC Technician

Responsibilities :

• Carry out IPQC First Piece & Part inspection buy off according to sampling size dictated in Internal Work Instructions.
• Assist QA Engineer on the analysis for any issue occur related to internal quality of products.
• Escalate the issue occur to Superior for any issue related to Process or Quality of products.
• Responsible to ensure all tasks assign to be completed & updated before end of shift.
• Assist QA Engineer to perform First Article Inspection for NPI products.
• Perform and maintain 5S at work station, all the equipments to be returned to the box after finish using.
• Perform other duties assigned by leader / supervisor.
• Adhoc Job appointed by Supervisor to support IQA & OQA for the inspection buy off activities.

Requirements :

• Minimum SPM, SKM education or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English as well as basic math.
• Ability to understand and use basic inspection tools, such as: callipers, micrometres, microscopes 10x is preferred.
• Ability to understand product drawings, specifications and visual work instructions is a an advantage.
• Ensure the job performed comply with the company QMS, EMS, legal and other requirements.
• Ability to use basic Microsoft Office tool etc excel, PPT and word.
• Willingness to be trained and a quick learner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
