Role Description
The Business Development is responsible for supporting the Sales team in achieving sales targets by coordinating sales activities, managing customer interactions, and ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and clients. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing sales strategies and plans to meet company objectives.
- Analyze sales data and generate reports to support decision-making processes.
- Coordinate and monitor the sales process from lead generation to order fulfillment.
- Support the Sales team by managing schedules, preparing documents, and organizing meetings with clients.
- Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure alignment of activities and goals.
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Manager/Managing Director and team members.
- Communicate with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and resolve inquiries.
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Ensure all sales documentation and processes are completed promptly and accurately.
- Follow up with clients and internal teams to meet deadlines and deliverables.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure all communications are clear, professional, and aligned with company values.
- Continuously improve sales processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Sales Coordination and Sales Operations skills
- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Experience in sales processes and strategies
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Knowledge of financial markets is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
