  • Maintain proper filling of all shipment correspondences and reports.
  • Maintain proper records of customer correspondences, TAPA, AS9120, ISO for audit filling.
  • Maintain proper housekeeping in the Customer Service and Operations Department.
  • Maintain a current profile of all flights and sea freight schedules out of departing.
  • Check all incoming faxes, e-mails and assist manager in formulating reply in a timely fashion.
  • Attending to Export & Import shipment Booking and ground arrangement.
  • Coordinate with airlines and shipping lines to update all new buying cost and maintain on file for reference.
  • Makes telephone calls to customers to inform them on all details shipment update both export and import.
  • Compile monthly report to immediate manager as directed and forward them to the manager for safekeeping.
  • Confers with customer and internal department to resolve problems.
  • To train new comer (CS Department junior staff).
  • Working with other departments to incorporate logistics needs include Air Freight, Warehouse, cross border and local trucking etc.
  • Handling of Freight inquiries, quotation and coordination with local and international customer.
  • To performs any other duties as and when instructed by immediate superior.
  • To be able to maintain a pleasant voice tone in liaising with customers in any situation.
