- Greet and seat customers with a warm and welcoming attitude.
- Present the menu and explain dishes
- Input orders into the POS system quickly and accurately.
- Communicate any special instructions or dietary requirements to the kitchen staff.
- Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure orders are prepared correctly and in a timely manner.
- Serve food and drinks in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring proper table presentation (e.g., placement of dishes and utensils).
- Clear plates and utensils after each course while maintaining a clean and organized table.
- Set up tables before guests arrive, ensuring that they are clean and properly arranged with plates, cutlery, and condiments.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including clearing dishes and wiping down tables after customers leave.
- Assist in organizing and preparing the restaurant for the next shift or day, such as setting up the dining area and restocking supplies.
- Handle customer payments (cash, card, or mobile payment), issue receipts, and provide correct change.
- Ensure billing accuracy and address any questions customers may have about the bill.
- Communicate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure all dishes are prepared according to customer specifications.
- Relay customer feedback (both positive and negative) to the kitchen team.
- Suggest signature dishes, drinks, or desserts to customers to enhance their dining experience and boost sales.
- Promote special menus or limited-time offers when available.
- Follow all health and safety protocols, including hygiene standards in food handling and serving.
- Ensure that the restaurant complies with sanitation regulations, particularly when handling food and drinks.
- Help with event coordination if the restaurant hosts special functions or private dining events.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
