- Manage the e-commerce platforms, hosting and presenting livestreams.
- Develop and implement online sales strategies to increase revenue and customer engagement.
- Create and optimize product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, high-quality images, and competitive pricing.
- Monitor competitor activities, analyse sales performance, market trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Implement ADS in ecommerce platform.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Deal with customer order, handle parcel packing and drop off process & logistics arrangement.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure stock availability and timely fulfilment of orders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align e-commerce activities with overall business goals.
- Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time.
Requirement
1) SPM/Diploma/Degree holder.
2) At least 1 year of work experience, ideally in E-Commerce or high-growth industries livestream experience is preferred and experience with platforms such as Shopee/Lazada/TikTok would be an added advantage.
3) Willing to work 5 days a week - Wednesday until Sunday (Monday &Tuesday OFF)
Weekdays: 8:30 am-5:30 pm or 9:00 am-6:00 pm
Saturday & Sunday: WFH (Saturday need to handle parcel if Friday evening got order come in)
4) Ability to work independently, proactive, team player, highly organized, meticulous, quick and efficient with a can-do attitude.
5) Strong common sense, problem solving and research skills.
6) Have own transport
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
