Responsibilities:

  • Handle walk-in at reception counter, welcoming visitors with greetings, clear direction and address them appropriately.
  • Operate front desk and cashier duties such as receiving and processing payments, preparing daily cash settlement and bank deposit.
  • Issue Invoice & DO for own collection customer.
  • Assist and respond to incoming emails and phone enquiries, complaints, issues and ensure distribution is made to the right recipient
  • Exercise daily operation tasks assigned by the Superior.
  • Other ad-hoc assignments as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM or Diploma holder.
  • At least 1 year relevant work experience.
  • Must have basic computer knowledge.
  • Good working ethic, willing to learn, positive attitude and lots of initiative
  • Able to work in a team as well as independently
  • Candidate who is able to start immediately will be an added advantage
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Working Days: 6 days per week. (Saturdays and Sundays are compulsory. Rotate days off on weekdays.)
  • Working Hours: 9.30am – 7.00pm (With 1hour lunch)
  • Working Location: Recafi Furniture KL Branch, Petaling Jaya, 46100, Selangor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
